As an S.S.A.I.B. registered company Capstan Security (Wessex) Ltd offers maintanace contracts on all Intruder Alarm and Fire Alarm Systems installed by ourselves or as Takeover Contracts on existing systems.

 

We have two contracts the first being a Standard Maintenance Contract and secondly a Fully Comprehensive Contract.

 

STANDARD MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

 

One regular inspection per annum.

24-Hour call-out facility.

Four hour response to call-outs.

Special daytime rates.

No increased rates for after hour call-outs.

Opportunity to purchase an SSAIB Certificate of Conformity.

 

 

FULLY COMPREHENSIVE CONTRACT (Only offered on new installations)

 

One regular inspection per annum.

24 Hour call-out facility.

Four hour response to call-outs.

No increased rates for after hour call-outs.

 * (This is only for callouts made due to malicious damage, acts of god etc.)

Opportunity to purchase an SSAIB Certificate of Conformity.

 

Note  some systems may require more than one visit per annum such as

Fire Alarm Systems and Intruder Alarm Systems that are monitored and require a

Police Response.
