Delivery & Returns
ORDERS & DELIVERY
We only deliver to inside the UK excluding Northern Ireland.
Depending on the size and weight of the item, the item will either be delivered to you by Royal mail or DPD. You can expect the item to be delivered in:
DPD – 3 to 5 working days.
Royal Mail – 3 to 5 working days.
OR
You can collect from our store at no shipping cost.
Our opening times are:
Monday – Thursday: 9am to 5:30pm
Friday: 9am to 5pm
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After the 14 days of the delivery date please contact us for the best course of action.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please contact us if a product is damaged or defected.
